The romantic Kapok Gardens provide a private area for an outdoor reception, where guests may enjoy cocktails and butler served hors d'oeuvres, while strolling among the Italian fountains brought back from Italy and lovingly reconstructed. Our flower wrapped gazebo serves as a bar set up or a small ceremony area. The gardens and fountains are lit up at night and offer a splendid backdrop for photographs of your special event, day or night.

The Grand Ballroom is a truly magnificent in its splendor, having windows that rise up two stories, and are supported by Corinthian columns twenty feet in height. From these windows one has a clear view of yet another Italian fountain and gardens. The floors are black and white marble that beautifully compliment the walls comprised of mirrors and French Louis VIII paneling with gold accents. The room's chandelier is made of crystals and candles that shimmer brilliantly. The Ballroom is finished off with more Corinthian columns, Greek statues, and a balcony edged with Italian balustrades. The Ballroom seats 250-300 guests.

The Florida Room is a vision of light and air having cream drapes that extend two stories high, accented with gold latticework arches and two matching gold and crystal, European Chandeliers. The Florida Room seats 250-auditorium style and 150 for dining.

The Regency Lounge has walnut and gold leafed French wall panels that perfectly complement our oak bar, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere. The Regency Lounge seats 50-80 guests.

The Grape Room, as it is affectionately called, presents a charming and highly unusual atmosphere where Czechoslovakian hand-blown grape clusters serve as lighting for the room together with two large crystal chandeliers, The room is further accented with two Italian paintings of the Renaissance period. The Grape Room seats 80-100 guests.

Finally, our facility offers a VIP Bridal Suite/ Princess Suite, boasting a comfortable sitting room, two (2) separate dressing rooms complete with vanities, vanity mirrors as well as full-length mirrors, and four (4) make up chairs that move from standard height to makeup artist's height.
